Next to Paris’ Gare du Nord station, this modern yet Vintage hostel and hotel enjoys an unbeatable location near hipster mecca Montmartre and the night district of Pigalle. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants, also common stores, as well as a supermarket, are just two steps away which gives the area a sense of neighborhood, instead of a pure tourist atmosphere, I particularly enjoy when traveling.

The Sacre Coeur is looking great from any angle you choose and it’s just 10 mins away from Vintage Hostel!
It features a laid-back social lobby where it’s possible to enjoy a drink, have lunch, connect to the internet or chill while practicing your people-watching skills (aka do nothing). Helpful staff and a clean design have been taken care of too.

Montmartre street art is worth a visit too.
With prices starting around 25€, mine was more in the 40€ range for a bed in a 4 female-only dorm with a stylish, renovated, and immaculate en-suite bathroom. Keeping in mind no matter which floor you’re in, you’ll still have to go up or down 5 steps; it could seem a bit pricey. But once you realize how good its location is, that breakfast is included and that there’s no such thing as cheap and good accommodation in this arrondissement, it’s easier to see its value. Not a luxury hostel but more of a convenient one (towels and bed linen included, free wi-fi, locker facilities, baggage room, and bar on-site).
If I should say something, I’d make rooms a bit larger, get a ramp to make some of them wheelchair accessible, and offer a welcome drink! (just kidding). Seriously, overall, and because when you finally make it to Paris you don’t want to spend all your time in town commuting; I’d highly recommend it!

With tons of cozy cafes, Montmartre is the place to be when the sun goes down in Paris!
Disclosure of hostel connection: Although I was kindly invited to spend one night in the Vintage Hostel & Hotel by HostelsClub; all opinions are my own. And trust me when I say I’d definitely come back!
I can’t believe i was there :), nice review
