As a long-term solo traveler, one gets to spend a lot of time in amazing destinations… all alone. Coming back home every once in a while is something I couldn’t live without. Life and joy – the joy of simple things – are all about people.
In the last five months, being fortunate enough to travel around more than 10 different countries*, one of the sweetest things I experienced was returning home and spending some quality time with my family and friends.
Since I’ll be flying again to USA in a week; these days I wanted to stay at home and celebrate simple things.
The following is a short video I put together after a nice evening out last week. A unique Galicia spot, a Glenfiddich 12 years old single malt scotch whisky, four friends in love with night photography, a bit of rock-climbing, a couple of fluor lights and a lot of fun. Enjoy!
*France, Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, Mexico and Spain.
Although we received a Glenfiddich 12 years old whisky as coordinated by BlogOnBrands; all opinions are, as always, our own.
I’m sure you do a lot of reflection and thinking alone in such great places. I love the video too. Very creative. I could see how a 12 year old scotch can encourage some good photography. Great work!
Thanks for your comment, Sarah!
We were inspired indeed 😉
