Some of our favorite luxury hotels in Europe

There are so many luxury hotels situated across Europe. Sometimes it’s difficult to know where to begin when searching for the perfect place for a special occasion. Here is a list of the indulgent hotels we would like to stay in. We hope it helps you to choose your next destination.

Mas de Torrent Hotel & Spa, Costa Brava, Spain

Costa Brava

This family-run hotel is nestled in the chicest area of the Costa Brava, with its remote location making it perfect for a couples getaway. It’s around 90 minutes away from Barcelona too if you are looking for an afternoon in the city. Keep in mind though that if you want to book for more than a few nights, it is a very expensive hotel. We would like to see the whole of the Costa Brava and stay here as a treat since it seems to be worth it. The Spa’s Hammam and mud bath must be a lot of fun too.

One night in a suite will cost around €377 at the Mas de Torrent Hotel & Spa.

Norton House Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh, Scotland

This beautiful country house retreat is a ten-minute drive from Edinburgh airport and just twenty minutes from the city center. They really go out of their way at Norton house to make you feel special. From the handpicked toiletries in the en suite and the spa to the reception service, everything there has a touch of luxury. The grounds around the hotel are a great place to wander around before lunch or dinner and take in the surroundings as well.

If you are looking for relaxation, then you have found it here. In some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in, there was an air of stuffiness from the staff, but we read some reviews about the staff and everyone seemed friendly and willing to help. Prices start from £120 for a classic room and go up to £445 for the Kingdom suite if only the best will do.

Hôtel Pont Royal, Saint Germain des Prés, Paris

The Pont Royal boutique hotel in Paris immerses you in the city’s literary culture. F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald held cocktail court at this hotel, which attracted lots of other Americans in Paris. The whole area of Saint Germain des Prés seeps glamour mind. As we were told, the concierge at the hotel can recommend side streets, fantastic bars, and chic restaurants in the area, which is definitely the place to go for culture and romance.

If you love the feel of Paris, you will love this hotel. It’s a 5-star experience in the most romantic city in the world.  Prices on the hotel’s website start from €400 per night.
